Hard-boil eggs:

Hard-boiled eggs make a great quick breakfast, lunch addition, or even a quick snack. We keep about a dozen hard-boiled, peeled eggs in an airtight container in our fridge. To learn how to hard-boil your eggs in the oven (super easy!).

Chop and freeze onions:

You’re going to use a lot of onions. From scrambles to soups, onions galore. So taking a few hours to chop up a dozen onions or so ahead of time is going to be a HUGE help. Place the onions into freezer bags and lay them as fat as possible. If they freeze flat, you can later squeeze them between containers of leftovers, freeing up much needed freezer space.

Juicing:

If you’re going to juice during your Whole30, it’s a great idea to juice a large amount and store it for quick consumption. A lot of articles suggest tightly sealed containers. However, we store our juice in a 1 gallon Rubbermaid Pitcher and it keeps fine. We drink all of our juice in an average of 5 days.

Snacks:

Prepare snacks for yourself. Put nuts and dried fruit into snack bags and keep them ready to grab next to your Larabars. Keep snacks in your purse, backpack, briefcase, glove box, desk drawer, anywhere you spend a lot of time. Having a compliant protein near at all times will help curb your sudden cravings to go off plan.

Organize:

Put your fruit out in a bowl or in a fridge drawer. Stock a fridge shelf with your complaint drinks. Create a go to pantry place for snacks. Make staying on plan convenient for yourself.
