Larabars are a great, quick, and compliant emergency snack for Whole30! As you dive into the psychology of your relationship with food, the idea of a quick bar is debated and is encouraged as an emergency only option. Since I’m in the car driving around all day and often have a complete change of schedule. I try to keep 3 to 5 bars with me. I agree with how important changing your relationship with food is, however, eating a Larabar is WAY better to the alternative…so I do rely a lot on them. But which bars can I eat on Whole30 and which are no no’s?
