Hard-boiling your eggs in the oven is super easy! I even think they taste better.

Jared and I always have a dish of hard-boiled eggs in the fridge for snacking…especially during our Whole30. It’s a great way to curb a craving and keep your healthy eating on track. Yet I’ve never quite mastered the hard-boiling eggs on the stove, so I absolutely fell in love with this simple hard-boiling eggs in the oven method. We have found the older the eggs are, the easier they are to peel. I usually put 1.5 dozen in the garage fridge after grocery shopping so they sit for a few days to a week and then I bake them.

What you will need:

Eggs (or however many you wish to hard boil)

Muffin pan

Bowl of ice water

Directions:

1) Position oven rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2) Place a whole (unbroken) egg into each cup of a muffin pan.

3) Bake for 25 minutes.

4) Place baked eggs in ice water until cooled enough to handle.

5) Peel eggs and return to ice water until completely cooled.

And voila! You have yourself perfectly hard boiled eggs.

Let me know how this works for you in the comments below.
